If you tuned into the Grammys on Sunday no doubt you saw a certain Mr Harry Styles take to the stage to sing his hit As It Was but did you notice what went wrong?
Dressed like a big silver one of those spinning things at a carwash, the singer was preparing to belt out the hit with his troop of backup dancers for support but when the turn table started moving things went wrong.
If you think Harry was a little pitchy, as many folks on social media decided to point out, there appears to be a very valid reason for it as when the stage started rotating it went in the wrong direction.
One fan seemed to have copped the Grammy winner’s panic as a video captured him apparently signalling to the crew backstage that things weren’t right.
The mistake seems to have thrown the singer off for his whole performance as when he went to descend the turntable to join his band on a different section of the stage he tripped and nearly fell.
Confirming what had been suspected by fans, one of the dancers from the performance posted an explainer video to TikTok and expressed his frustration with the mistake.
Dexter told viewers of the clip that he and the rest of the dancers had been rehearsing for 10 days before they even set foot onto the turntable to make sure they had everything right.
Speaking about how things didn’t go to plan, he said: ‘It was difficult and it was frustrating making those patterns while something’s moving and having all this spacial awareness.
‘At dress rehearsal, it was gorgeous, it was amazing. We get on stage for the performance, the performance starts and the turntable goes the wrong way.’
A second dancer, Brandon Mathis, backed this up, telling his followers that: ‘What you don’t know is that the moment the curtain opened and it was time to perform, our turntable started spinning in reverse.

‘Backwards. Freaking us all out on live television and there was nothing we could do to stop it.’ Considering they had to try and save the routine with the world watching, both Harry and his dancers did a fantastic job.
The singer has yet to comment on the alleged Grammy mistake.
